Jo Cocco (neé Gaunce) Bmus(Hons) BA(Hons) ITM
Jo currently lives in Bristol with her husband. She is down-to-earth, friendly and outgoing and has a caring nature. She believes in a student-focused approach to teaching in which the needs of the student are foremost. Her teaching style is completely professional and set within an informal and relaxed context.
Jo has been studying the Alexander Technique for over 10 years since her first lesson in Cardiff with Tim Kjeldsen. Since becoming a qualified teacher of the Alexander Technique, Jo has taught at the ITM Summer School in Cirencester and on the ITM Teacher Training course. She now teaches at home and in businesses around Bristol.
"Jo’s approach gives me a feeling that she is in control of the situation;
that she is competent and professional while using humour to help you relax”
