Lessons
What happens in a lesson?
During a lesson the teacher will discuss ideas about the Technique with you and place gentle hands-on to encourage you to let go of unecessary tension and change for the better. This takes place whilst looking at a particular activity. This could be an everyday activity or something more specialised such as playing an instrument.
Introductory Lesson
If you have never had a lesson by an ITM teacher before you will need an introductory lesson first. These involve a talk about the technique followed by a hands-on lesson. These can be arranged for individuals or groups. After the introductory lesson, if you would like to continue, you can choose to have a series of lessons to learn more.
Individual Lessons
These are best if you feel more comfortable with one-on-one sessions. They are more focused on what you want to look at and you may be able to pick more than one activity to work on in one lesson. Individual lessons usually last about 40-45 minutes.
Group Lessons
Available in Bristol only, you can either join an existing group or form your own group of friends, family or co-workers. Groups are also available for Businesses in the Bristol area.
Where Can I Have a Lesson?
